Hi, I'm Jacen Barefoot, a software developer at C Spire with a passion for continuous learning and technology. My goal is to learn something new every day while staying up to date with the latest industry trends.
My primary tech stack includes Java and Scala, with experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale applications. I view challenges as opportunities to learn, grow, and continuously improve as a developer.
I'm currently working on expanding my skill set by learning newer technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes (K8s), and GraphQL.
Browse inventory, build a cart, or design a custom skateboard. My first Java + SQL project.
A pizza ordering app — pick items, build a ticket, and watch the total update in real time.
School bus management app for students, drivers, and parents to track ridership in real time.
My first Python project — a turn-based Pokémon battle game where you pick a trainer and legendary.
